ACIshow FAQ's

1. Basic Description of the Show:
A Trade Show/Festival, open to the public, celebrating the Acoustic Musical Experience! Witness the vast array of instruments and the talented performers and songwriters who play those instruments.

May 22&23 2010
Saturday 10am-6pm, Sunday 11am-5pm

2. Price of admission:
General Admission $20 at the door. Cash (no checks or Debt/Credit cards). There is an ATM machine on site. If you come Saturday you may enter for free on Sunday provided your wristband is still securely attached.

3. Who will be attending. 
Industry Manufacturers, Distributors, Retailers, Musicians & Generally interested public.
Kids: Kids under 10 are free.
Seniors: Over 65 just $5
Pets: No pets please

4. Where do you park and how much.
Airtel Plaza has a parking lot for $8.00 per day.

5. Can people bring guitars or instruments into the show?
Yes for a pre-scheduled musical performance or to the Free jam area.

6. Can you purchase instruments at the Show?
Yes, from an authorized exhibiting dealer.

7. What can I expect in terms of Seminars and Entertainment?
There will be scheduled related seminars and ongoing per-half-hour musical acts at 2 separate performance areas.

8. How do the door prize raffles work?
When you enter you will be asked to fill out a slip which will be drawn from a box towards the end of each day to win various prizes. You must be present at the time of the drawing to win. Slip MUST be filled out completely with the correct information to win.

9. Is there food and drink at the show?
The hotel has a full bar, a sandwich/beverage area and also a nicer sit-down restaurant.
